Rosemary Assimy Djallo specializes in cross-border banking regulations, commercial litigation and corporate reorganizations within the OHADA zone. She has guided multiple multinational groups through merger-acquisition operations and joint venture structuring in Central Africa.

Chefor Nelly Zoniseh is an active trial attorney handling commercial disputes, debt recovery, and intellectual property defense. Her dual capability in court litigation and OAPI administrative opposition makes her an indispensable advocate for brand owners.

Niba Emmanuel Fuh handles real estate acquisition due diligence, title verification, cadastral regularisation and urban planning approvals throughout Cameroon.
